Gauge beta test: VW Group cars with a CAN bus

The first 101 people get the gauge before everyone else. In return we expect feedback from real driving, and your acknowledgement that this is a development build.

Who it is for

  • A VW Group car: Volkswagen, Audi, Škoda, SEAT or Cupra.
  • Diagnostics over the CAN bus (ISO 15765-4), typically model year 2004 and newer. K-line-only cars do not fit the test.
  • Ideally a TDI with a Bosch EDC17C46 (EA189) or EDC17C64 (EA288) ECU, those readings are verified in the car.

How it works

  1. 1You fill in the form and accept the beta test terms.
  2. 2Your seat is reserved immediately if one is free. It unlocks buying the gauge and the software.
  3. 3You tell us what misbehaves in your car. We tune the firmware and profiles accordingly.

What you must acknowledge

  • This is a development build. It may not work as intended; features can change or disappear.
  • Displayed values can be inaccurate. Do not base decisions about the car's condition or repairs on them.
  • Install and configure only with the car stopped. Never operate the gauge while driving.
  • Your statutory consumer rights stay intact, the 14-day return and warranty claims still apply.
