Shipping
Software and licences
Software and licences are digital. Right after payment you find them in your account and get them by email, there is no shipping fee.
Hardware
Hardware ships with Zásilkovna to a pickup point or to your address. The shipping price follows the Zásilkovna price list and is shown in your order. We dispatch as soon as the payment lands.

Payment gateway
Online payments are handled for us by the Comgate payment gateway. The service is provided by Comgate, a.s., a licensed payment institution supervised by the Czech National Bank.
Bank button payment
You pick your bank, we redirect you to its internet banking, you sign in and confirm a pre-filled payment order, nothing to retype. With instant transfers we have the confirmation within moments, otherwise it depends on when your bank confirms the payment.
After the payment
As soon as the gateway confirms the payment we email you the order confirmation and the licence appears in your account. If a payment fails we do not cancel the order, you can pay again from the email or from your account.
